Borrowed light

I couldn't resist sharing this, even though I'm not fully done figuring this out yet. In short this piece is about witnessing something beautiful, something that was almost forgotten because we've been unintentionally hiding it from ourselves, and the realization of what we were missing is more important than the somewhat shady way that realization came about.

The visual style is charming and minimalist. Mostly every environment in the video is recognizable and relatable which enhances the message. The sound design is even more minimalist and quirky and it might just be my favorite part of this film.

It's a king in telling a lot though very little, it's worth a second watch definitely just to figure out the way they tell the story. Also there might be some little clues you missed the first time around.

Enjoy!
